The Hamilton Police Service (HPS) Vice and Drugs Unit has arrested a Toronto man on drug trafficking charges.
On February 28th, 2013 an investigation conducted by members of the HPS Vice and Drug Unit into drug trafficking activities led to the arrest of a Toronto man.
Search warrants were executed for two addresses in Toronto in the area of Hazelton Avenue and Davenport Road by HPS Vice and Drug officers with the assistance of Toronto Police Service. This was to further the investigation into synthetic marihuana and the owner of the IZMS Company believed to be trafficking and producing the narcotic. A subsequent search of one of the addresses led to the seizure of 200 grams of marihuana and 45 grams of cannabis resin.
A male occupant at one of the addresses was arrested and held for a bail hearing.

Charges: Possession of Marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking
Possession of Cannabis Resin for the Purpose of Trafficking P p A 53-year-old Toronto man was arrested and released on a Promise to Appear with a charge of Possession of marihuana for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of cannabis resin for the Purpose of Trafficking.
The Hamilton Police Service Vice and Drugs Unit continues to investigate.
