Hamilton Police Confirm Homicide on Ferguson Avenue
Homicide investigators have continued to investigate the suspicious death scene located at 195 Ferguson Ave N in Hamilton.
Today, investigators can confirm this is the City's 4th homicide of 2022 after the conclusion of the autopsy.
The victim has been identified as 38-year-old Danielle Strauss of Hamilton.
Police have recovered hours of video from 195 Ferguson Ave. N and continue to review it. At this time, investigators are looking to speak to four youths that were observed on camera leaving the residence.
- Two white 16-year-old males
- One white 14-year-old female
- One black 14-year-old female
Investigators are encouraging these youth to contact the homicide unit as we believe they have direct information pertaining to this homicide investigation. Homicide detectives are continuing to work at identifying these individuals so they can be located.
The cause of death is not being released as it remains evidence.
