Hamilton Police continue to investigate an overnight break and enter to a dispensary located on the mountain. Police responded to the business in the early morning and discovered it had been entered. At this time police do not know what was taken and remain on scene.

On Wednesday, January 16, 2019, shortly after 2:00 a.m., Hamilton Police responded to Dank Dispensary located in the area of Upper Sherman Avenue and Mohawk Road East for an audible alarm. Police have determined suspects gained access to the business. It is not known what was taken.

Hamilton Police continue to investigate and are maintaining a police presence in the area.
