Series of Pharmacy Robberies in Hamilton

Hamilton Police are looking to identify two suspects involved in a series of pharmacy robberies in the City.

On Friday, January 8, 2021, shortly before 6:00 p.m., Hamilton Police responded to a commercial robbery on the east mountain.

Information obtained at the scene was that two male suspects armed with black handguns, entered a Pharmacy, threatened on-duty staff and obtained a quantity of narcotics. They fled on foot.

The same two suspects, targeted another pharmacy on January 18, 2021 in the west end of Hamilton and then a second on January 19, 2021 on the west mountain. In both incidents, the two suspects were armed with a handgun and were able to obtain a quantity of narcotics.

The suspects have been targeting small independent pharmacies after sunset.

There were no physical injuries reported to police.
