Hamilton Police Arrest Male For Threats Made Towards City Council

A resident of the Niagara Region has been arrested for making threats towards City Council Members through emails.

Over a two week period, a City Councillor received several emails that were threatening in nature.

As a result of an investigation, on Thursday, October 12th, 2017, the Hamilton Police Service with the assistance of the Niagara Regional Police Service have arrested a 36 year old Niagara man for Criminal Harassment. He will appear before the Hamilton court system today.
