A young 21 year old Hamilton man has been identified as the pedestrian struck yesterday in the area of York Boulevard.    Family has been notified and he remains in critical condition at a local hosptial.

Traffic Reconstruction is still investigating.

Hamilton Police Seek The Public's Assistance in Identifying Pedestrian Struck by Motor Vehicle

The Hamilton Police Service has exhausted efforts in attempting to identify the pedestrian struck this morning on York Boulevard. Police are now seeking the public's assistance with his identification.

Hamilton Police Investigate Collision Between Pedestrian and Motor Vehicle

The Hamilton Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating a collision between a pedestrian and a motor vehicle that occurred on York Boulevard east of the Thomas B. McQuesten High Level Bridge. An unidentified male pedestrian has been transported to hospital with serious head injuries.

On Wednesday December 6, 2017 at 6:00a.m. a male pedestrian was crossing York Boulevard just east of the Thomas B. McQueston High Level Bridge when he was struck by a Chevrolet Impala sedan. The pedestrian was transported to hospital with serious head injuries.

Speed and alcohol are not considered to be factors in this collision.

The Hamilton Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is seeking the public's assistance with this investigation.
