Arrest Made in Parking Lot Shooting

Hamilton Police continue to investigate the shooting incident that occurred on the night of Tuesday, September 23, 2019. One male has been identified and arrested. He is scheduled to appear in court in October.

Hamilton Police have continued to investigate the parking lot shooting incident that occurred at the intersection of Cannon Street East and Sanford Avenue North on Tuesday, September 23, 2019. Through investigation, detectives identified a male who administered bear spray during the incident.

On Friday, September 26, 2019, Hamilton Police arrested and charged an 18-year-old male for Hamilton for his involvement in this occurrence. He was taken into police custody and later released. He is scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, October 29, 2019, to answer to several criminal charges. The male is not cooperating with police.
