Hamilton Police investigate New Year’s Eve stabbing incident on the Mountain

On Monday, December 31st, 2018 at approximately 11:25pm, the Hamilton Police Service responded to the area Emperor Avenue and Upper Wentworth Street for an assault incident.

Investigation revealed that a male in his early 20’s received injuries believed to be caused by stabbing. The victim was transported to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
