Hamilton Police Service has received the report from the Ontario Fire Marshal's Office (OFM) relating to the fire at 8 Greening Court in Dundas that killed Carla and Alan Rutherford on July 9, 2018.

The OFM report confirms the couple were victims of arson. As the report now forms part of the evidence in the ongoing investigation, details within the report will not be disclosed.
