Local Businesses Hit with Break and Enters

Hamilton Police Service is looking to identify a male and female suspect caught on surveillance cameras outside local businesses during summer-time break and enters.

Since June 2019, police have investigated four break and enters involving a male and female working with other involved people entering local businesses, targeting cash, cigarettes and other store products.

Incidents:

19-639121 – June 6, 2019, shortly after 4:00 a.m., a male and female made an attempt to gain entry at a Hasty Market on James Street North when they were deterred by an audible alarm.

19-639165 – June 6, 2019, shortly before 5:00 a.m., a hair salon on King Street West was entered and several thousand dollars in hair product was stolen.

19-680624 / 19-743458 – July 19, and September 23, 2019, a small sandwich restaurant on King Street East has been victimized twice by the same suspects breaking into their business and taking money.

Suspect Descriptions:

  • Male white, medium build, shaved head, with tattoos on right side of the neck and both forearms.
  • Female white, slim build, blonde shoulder-length hair
