Male Sexually Assaults In-Home Personal Support Worker

On December 4, 2019, Hamilton Police charged a male with the sexual assault of his in-home personal support worker.

On November 28, 2019, Hamilton Police Sexual Assault Unit was notified that an adult female personal support worker was sexually assaulted. The accused solicited care from an in-home personal support worker who was then sexually assaulted. As a result of the investigation, police believe there may be other victims.

Charged: Gabriel Ferreira DaSilva (52-years) Hamilton resident
