Male stabbed in Stoney Creek area

Hamilton Police Service is investigating after a report of a stabbing was received in the area of Queenston and Nash.

On Thursday 14th March 2019 just shortly before 9:30 pm, Hamilton Police responded after receiving a report of a

possible stabbing in the area of Queenston Rd and Nash Rd.

Police responded to plaza area of Queenston Rd and Nash Rd, where they it was discovered 2 males were involved in some form of an altercation in the parking lot, and during this incident one male recieved a puncture wound to his back area. The male suspect had left the area prior to police arrival. The male victim was transported to hospital wher his injuries were considered non life threatening. Divisional Detectives are continuing with the investigation.
