Detectives from Division 30 Criminal Investigation Branch are currently investigating a shooting incident that occurred in the early morning hours. 

On Monday, March 14, 2022, Hamilton Police responded to the report of a shooting in the area of Upper Kenilworth Avenue and Trenholme Crescent, which occurred at approximately 1:50 a.m.  

Police investigated and located bullet holes at a residence in the area.

No injuries were reported as a result of the shooting.

Police are treating this incident as targeted. There is no risk to public safety.

The Hamilton Police are asking residents in the area to review their security surveillance cameras around the time of the incident.
