The protest, marked by road blockages, scattered debris, and a burning steel drum, prompted a thorough investigation by the Hamilton Police. The following individuals have been charged in connection with the incident:

1.    Patricia Rae Mills, 39-year-old female from Hamilton

·         Charges:

·         Mischief – Interfere with Lawful Use, Enjoyment, or Operation of Property

·         Disguise with Intent

2.    Sahra Abib Soudi, 26-year-old female from Hamilton

·         Charges:

·         Mischief Under $5,000

·         Disguise with Intent

3.    Victoria Maria Wojciechowska, 27-year-old female from Hamilton

·         Charges:

·         Mischief Under $5,000

·         Disguise with Intent

Hamilton Police are actively continuing their investigation into this event and are urging anyone with information to come forward. 47-year-old Ogaga OWHAROSIGHE, currently from Hamilton, is charged with one count of Sexual Assault.

At the time of the offence, OWHAROSIGHE was employed as a Personal Support Worker (PSW). 

Hamilton Police believe that there may be more victims and encourage anyone with information to contact Investigators.
