                        <title>25-Year-Old Faces Charges in Deceptive Pregnancy Support</title>

Braun faces multiple criminal charges including Obtaining by False Pretence, Harassing Communications, and Alleged Breach of Conditional Sentence Order.</span></p><p><span>The investigation stemmed from allegations that occurred between Wednesday, April 17, 2024, and Thursday, April 18, 2024. It was reported that Braun falsely solicited support related to pregnancy and childbirth from unsuspecting victim(s).</span></p><p><span>Braun was arrested yesterday in Brantford by Hamilton Police.                         <title>UPDATE: Driver Charged in Fatal Motorcycle Collision</title>

                        <guid>https://hamiltonpolice.on.ca/news/update-driver-charged-in-fatal-motorcycle-collision/</guid><pp:caseid>578242</pp:caseid><description><![CDATA[<p><span>Hamilton Police has concluded the investigation into a motorcycle collision which claimed a man’s life last month. &nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>On Friday, May 12, 2023, shortly before 7:00p.m., Hamilton Police responded to the intersection of Upper Wentworth and Stone Church Road East, after a Honda motorcycle travelling northbound collided with a Chevrolet van travelling southbound on Upper Wentworth.</span></p><p><span>The operator of the motorcycle, a 33-year-old Hamilton man, was transported to hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.                         <title>Hamilton Police Charge Driver in Collision</title>

                        <guid>https://hamiltonpolice.on.ca/news/hamilton-police-charge-driver-in-collision/</guid><pp:caseid>575211</pp:caseid><description><![CDATA[<p><span>Hamilton Police have charged an 86-year-old Hamilton man after a vehicle mounted the sidewalk and struck an individual seated on a bus stop bench.</span></p><p><span>On Friday, April 14, 2023, shortly after 5:00p.m., a Ford Mustang was eastbound on Main Street East. As a result of this collision two individuals were transported to hospital in critical condition.                         <title>UPDATE: Hamilton Police Charge Man and Woman For 2nd Degree Murder</title>

A 38-year-old male was located in a wooded area and pronounced deceased on scene.</span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span><span><span style="color:black">The death was suspicious and the Hamilton Police Major Crime Unit assumed the investigation. Investigators also worked closely with the Ontario Provincial Police and Niagara Regional Police Service after reports involving Chiavaroli were made in those areas.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span><span><span><span>On June 2, 2021, members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Burnaby Detachment arrested Jesse Chiavaroli for six&nbsp;counts of sexual assault.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span><span><span><span>He was remanded into custody and transported back to Hamilton for a bail hearing&nbsp;today.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p><p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Chiavaroli is a former resident of Niagara and Hamilton.                         <title>Driver of Maserati Charged After Weekend Collision  </title>

                        <guid>https://hamiltonpolice.on.ca/news/driver-of-maserati-charged-after-a-weekend-collision/</guid><pp:caseid>327322</pp:caseid><description><![CDATA[<p>Police have laid charges against a Hamilton man after a serious weekend crash in the area of Queenston Road and Kenora Avenue in Hamilton.</p>

<p>On March 17, 2019, shortly after 3:00 a.m., emergency services responded to a collision between two vehicles on Queenston Road East at Kenora Avenue, Hamilton.</p>

<p>A black 2008 Maserati, being operated by a 35-year-old Hamilton man, was travelling at a high rate of speed westbound on Queenston Road East near Kenora Avenue. A 24-year-old Hamilton driver of 2007 silver Mercedes-Benz Sports Utility was struck by the Maserati causing the Maserati to leave the road and collide with two hydro poles before striking the Mercedes-Benz vehicle a second time.</p>

<p>The driver of the Maserati fled the area on foot leaving his injured passengers behind. All three passengers of the Maserati were transported to the hospital where they received treatment for various broken bones. The driver of the Mercedes-Benz vehicle remained on scene and provided a statement to police.</p>

<p>The Hamilton Police Collision Reconstruction Unit continues with the investigation. The driver was identified, arrested and held for a bail hearing.</p>
