                        <title>Police Seek Assistance Identifying Restaurant Arson Suspects</title>

                        <guid>https://hamiltonpolice.on.ca/news/police-seek-assistance-identifying-restaurant-arson-suspects/</guid><pp:caseid>582217</pp:caseid><description><![CDATA[<p><span>Hamilton Police continues to investigate after a restaurant on Hess Street was set on fire. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span>On Tuesday, July 18, 2023, shortly after 4:30a.m., Hamilton Police and emergency partners responded to a commercial fire on Hess Street. The building sustained extensive damage resulting from the fire. No one was injured as the restaurant was closed at the time of the fire.</span></p><p><span>This incident is being investigated as a targeted arson however the motive is still under investigation.                         <title>Voyeurism Investigation at East End Hamilton Restaurant</title>

                        <guid>https://hamiltonpolice.on.ca/news/voyeurism-investigation-at-east-end-hamilton-restaurant/</guid><pp:caseid>532529</pp:caseid><description><![CDATA[<img src="https://content.presspage.com/uploads/2189/1920_su2.jpg?10000"><p><span>Hamilton Police have identified the individual responsible for a cellphone found recording in the restroom of a Hamilton restaurant.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>On Thursday, September 22, 2022, Hamilton Police entered into an investigation of voyeurism, after a cellphone was located recording in a female restroom stall of a restaurant in Hamilton’s east end.</span></p><p><span>Hamilton Police have since seized the cellphone, as evidence to the offence.</span></p><p><span>The suspect responsible for recording patrons as they used the restroom, has been identified as, Daniel St. Amour, 27 years, of Hamilton.</span></p><p><span>An arrest warrant has been issued for Daniel St. Amour.</span></p><p><span>Daniel St. Amour is also wanted by the Hamilton Police Service on two separate warrants unrelated to this incident for the following charges;&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Theft Under $5000 X2</span></li><li><span>Possession Under $5000 X2</span></li><li><span>Fail To Comply Probation X2</span></li></ul><p><span>Halton Police Service has a warrant for Daniel St. Amour's arrest for Fail to Appear Court.</span></p><p><span>Daniel St. Amour is not an employee of the restaurant.</span></p><p><span>If you have any information that you believe could assist Police with the investigation into this crime you are asked to contact Division Two Criminal Investigation Branch Detective Constable Lindsay Filice by calling 905-546-2921 or the on duty Staff Sgt. at 905-546-2963.</span></p><p><span>To provide information anonymously call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or submit your anonymous tips online at </span><a href="http://www.crimestoppershamilton.com"><span>http://www.crimestoppershamilton.com</span></a></p>]]></description><category><![CDATA[Case Number: 22-747694,Voyeurism,Cellphone,camera,recording,restaurant,HamOnt,Media]]></category>
