On Friday, July 27, 2018, shortly before 1:00 p.m., Hamilton Police responded to reports of a disturbance in the area of the Walmart parking lot located at 510 Centennial Parkway North, Hamilton. As a result, Hamilton Police have charged:

Dale Robertson 47-years of Stoney Creek

• Threatening Death

• Dangerous Driving

• Fail to Remain at the Scene of an Accident

The victim in the incident received minor injuries and has been medically cleared.

As a result of the circumstances surrounding the incident, the investigation is being forwarded to the Hate Crime Unit for review.

Mr Roberson has been released by way of a Promise to Appear and will appear in a Hamilton court on of August 23, 2018.
