Three Stoney Creek Residents Face Charges for Cocaine Trafficking
A search warrant executed inside a Stoney Creek home on October 1, 2018, ends with three adults being arrested and charged for trafficking cocaine and marihuana.
In early September 2018, members of the Vice and Drug unit initiated an investigation into the drug dealing activities involving a male party in the area of Stoney Creek.
On October 1, 2018, members of the Vice and Drug and Gangs and Guns units arrested a 36-year-old Hamilton man for trafficking cocaine in the area of Arvin Avenue, Stoney Creek.
Police then attended the area of Macintosh Drive, Stoney Creek, where they executed a search warrant on a residence. Police located a male and female inside and they were also arrested. Police located and seized approximately $3000 worth of cocaine, and a small amount of marihuana.

- Possession for the purpose of trafficking Marihuana - CDSA 4(1)
- Proceeds of crime under $5000 x 2
The accused Jason Rosa was held for a bail hearing while the other two involved persons were released on Promise to Appear with future court dates, to answer to the charges.
