Police are looking to identify a male suspect involved in a Robbery in an underground parking location. 

On January 29, 2020, shortly before 10:00 p.m., an out of town person exited their parked vehicle from an underground parking spot in the area of King Street West and Bay Street North in Hamilton.  The woman began walking from her car when she was grabbed from behind by an unknown male.

The suspect demanded money from her. However, the robbery was interrupted when an unexpected person walked around the corner causing a distraction and opportunity for the victim to break free from his hold and run to safety.

The suspect then fled on foot without any of the victim’s items. There were no physical injuries.

Suspect Description:

• Male white, 30-35 years, 5’7 to 5’10,
• 185 lbs, medium build, brown hair
• Black leather jacket, black hoodie, blue jeans
• Black boots, black toque and glasses
