Unlawfully at Large from St. Joseph’s Hospital – West 5th Campus - Thomas Hart
Hamilton Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating Thomas HART. HART is currently an involuntary patient in the Forensic Program.
On Saturday February 22, 2020, shortly after 1:30 p.m., 59-year-old Thomas HART left St. Joseph’s Hospital, located at 100 West 5th Street. Hospital staff immediately reported him missing to Police.
HART is described as male, white, 6’0” tall, 200lbs, short grey hair, short grey scruffy beard, wearing a white sweater with blue stripes, a black ACDC shirt, grey sweatpants, a blue/white winter coat with brown fur trim, and black and yellow running shoes.
Members of the public are requested to call Police should they see Hart.
