The victim of the City’s 9th homicide has been identified as 17-year-old Joshua LEO of Hamilton.

On Saturday, December 8, 2018, a search warrant was issued for a Hamilton Mountain residence. A vehicle, believed to be the get-a-way car, was seized for forensic processing. The driver of the car was identified and interviewed. He will not face any charges in relation to this matter.

Around 11:00 p.m. on Saturday night an 18-year-old male turned himself into the Hamilton Police and confessed to being responsible for Joshua Leo’s death. He will appear in court on Sunday and faces charges of Manslaughter and Assault with a Weapon
