UPDATE

Hamilton Police are confirming the following:

Deceased in the Fire at 8 Greening Court are:

1) Carla Rutherford (Female), 64 yrs, of Dundas.

2) Allan Rutherford (Male), 63 yrs, of Dundas.

Both victims lived together in the Dundas home at 8 Greening Court.

The families of these victims are requesting privacy at this time.
