Hamilton Police are actively looking for 40-year-old, Richard Mann who went missing from the St. Joseph’s Outpatient Program in Hamilton.

Police received information about Mann failing to attend a scheduled 2:00 p.m. appointment on March 26, 2020, at St. Joseph’s West 5th Hospital.

There have been a couple of unconfirmed sightings of Mann in the West Hamilton and downtown area.

Richard Mann, 40-years from Hamilton, is currently unlawfully at large and is wanted on a Warrant of Committal - Form 49.

Description: 

• South Asian / East Indian, medium complexion
• 207lbs, 5’11
• Black short hair, partial beard
• Tattoo of a teardrop under his right eye
• Wearing a black jacket and black hat

Hamilton Police are asking that people do not approach Mann, but that they call 911 immediately.
