Video Door Bell Captures Suspicious Male Prior to Break and Enter

Hamilton Police are looking to identify a suspicious male captured on video doorbell just before the house alarm was triggered. If you have any information that can help our police investigation please call the Mountain Criminal Investigation Branch. 

On August 9, 2019, shortly after 9:00 p.m., an audible alarm sounded outside a residence in the Stonehenge Drive and Thoroughbred Boulevard area of Ancaster. A male running from the home and a broken back door brought attention to the suspect. Police arrived and confirmed a break and enter had just occurred and items were taken.

The video shows a male at the front door, attempting to cover his face.
