Hamilton Police are investigating a hate crime that occurred in the area of James Street North and Murray Street West.
On September 11, 2025, police received a report after hate-motivated graffiti was discovered on a local business. Surveillance video captured a suspect spray-painting a Hakenkreuz, commonly known as the Nazi Swastika.
The suspect is described as a male, medium build, with facial hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a light-coloured long-sleeve shirt with a number on the front.
Investigators are asking for the public’s help to identify the individual seen in the CCTV images.
