Missing Persons
The Hamilton Police Missing Persons Unit currently oversees over 1,700 cases each year. The majority of missing persons are located within three days and most are located within 24 hours of being reported missing. However, some investigations can go on for months, even years. As each day passes, a missing person cold case grows a little colder. The Hamilton Police Service is reaching out to the community in an effort to keep the memories of these individuals alive by providing information on unsolved missing persons. Below are brief profiles of unsolved missing persons dating back to 1972. If you have any information about any of these missing people, you are asked to contact the investigators below.
