Hamilton Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating 62-year-old John Edwards, who was last seen around noon on June 11, 2025, in the area of Governor’s Road and Ogilvie Street in Dundas. John is known to enjoy walks through local trails and parks in Dundas and is familiar with the area. It is unusual for him not to return home, and there is growing concern for his well-being.
Police are asking residents, business owners, and staff at local coffee shops & fast food locations—such as Tim Hortons and McDonald’s—to keep an eye out for him.
John Edwards is described as the following:
- White male
- 5'11 in height
- Over 200lbs
- Medium to heavy build
- Shoulder-length brown hair
- Light coloured eyes
- Possibly wearing baggy shorts, a striped blue t-shirt, white socks, running shoes, possibly wearing a baseball style hat
