Hamilton Police are providing an update regarding charges laid in connection with a sexual assault that occurred in the Twenty Place community in May 2024.
Nelson MELO, 27, of Hamilton, has pleaded guilty to Break and Enter Commit – Sexual Assault. He is scheduled to be sentenced on September 4, 2025.
Hamilton Police thank the community for their assistance in the early stages of this investigation. Information provided by residents was instrumental in advancing the case.
