The Chief Administrative Officer position is a first for Hamilton Police Service and oversees the management and efficient operation of the Corporate Services Division, including HR, IT, Finance, Records, Fleet, Facilities, and the Crime Investigation Analytics Unit. Anna Filice assumes the role after serving as Director, HR Systems & Operations at the City of Hamilton. Born and raised in Hamilton, Anna Filice is an accomplished leader with proven success in organizational development, strategic planning and change management. 
A York University graduate, Anna Filice has an Honours BA in Linguistics and French, a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management, and holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree.  In her commitment to ongoing education, Anna Filice has recently completed the Western University Ivey Executive Leadership Program, is change management certified and has also completed the Queen’s University Workplace Mental Health Leadership Program.  Anna Filice brings experience from various industries including municipal government, education and the private sector, and has led several complex corporate initiatives aimed at systems modernization, business process improvement and employee engagement. As an engaged member of her community, Anna Filice also sits on the Board of Directors for the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce.  Described by her peers as a transformational leader, Anna Filice is committed to supporting her team, the Hamilton Police Service, and the community in ensuring the ongoing delivery of quality service to all of Hamilton’s residents.
