Communications

The Communications Section consists of the Communications Centre, Switchboard, and the Alarm Program.  It is the Public Safety Answer Point (PSAP) for residents of the City of Hamilton, and non-residents and motorists passing through the City on the Queen Elizabeth Way (QEW), The Lincoln Alexander Freeway / Red Hill Valley Parkways and Highways 403 and 401 who call 9-1-1.
