Recruiting Champions Program
The Hamilton Police Service has a team of Sworn Officers, Auxiliary Members, and Civilians who are formally trained to act as Ambassadors for the Service and volunteer their time to share recruiting information at Job Fairs, Information Sessions, and Community Outreach Programs. They perform as ambassadors for the Hamilton Police Service and reach out to potential applicants, providing information on application requirements, as well as share information specific to the Hamilton Police Service’s recruiting process.
