Hamilton Police have confirmed that the pedestrian involved in the collision that occurred on Stone Church Road last evening has succumbed to their injuries.
The Collision Reconstruction Unit is continuing with investigation, which is now being investigated as a fatal motor vehicle collision. The investigation remains ongoing.
