The Hamilton Police Service is appealing to two individuals who stopped to assist the victim, Zenin Roussel, in the early morning hours of August 9, 2026, to come forward and speak with investigators.
At approximately 2:25 a.m., a dark-coloured, four-door SUV, possibly a Hyundai, stopped in the area where the victim was located. Investigators believe a male driver exited the vehicle and attempted to render assistance, while a female occupant remained inside the SUV.
The actions of these individuals may provide valuable information to the ongoing investigation, and police are asking them to contact investigators as soon as possible.
