On Sunday September 5th, 2026 shortly after 11:00 am, Hamilton Emergency Services responded to the area of Queenston Road, above the Redhill Valley Parkway, for a single vehicle collision involving a motorcycle.
The operator of the aforementioned motorcycle was transported to a local area hospital by EMS, with serious, life threatening injuries. The stretch of Queenston Road (east and west), between the north and south exits to the Redhill Valley Parkway will be closed for several hours.
The Hamilton Police Collision Reconstruction Unit has taken carriage of the investigation. Investigators are requesting any motorists in the area at the time of the collision to check their dash cameras and any residences or businesses in the area with surveillance cameras to review their camera footage.
