21-Year-Old Charged with Child Pornography

In January 2020, the Hamilton Police Service Internet Child Exploitation (ICE) Unit received information from the National Child Exploitation Crime Centre in regards to an unknown person being in possession of child pornography.

A male suspect was identified as residing in Hamilton and a search warrant was executed at his dwelling on January 23, 2020. Various devices capable of storing digital data were seized and the suspect was arrested, charged and brought before the courts. A forensic examination of the seized devices is ongoing and further charges may be filed.

The male was brought into custody with his bail opposed.

Charged: Ramses Nesbeth (21-years) Hamilton resident

Charges: Possession of Child Pornography
