Community Assist Police in Identifying the Suspects Involved in a Break & Enter Series

Between mid-July and mid-August, individuals illegally entered Dundas Valley Secondary School. While inside the building they caused damage and stole property. On September 11th 2020, a media release was distributed and police requested the public's assistance with identifying the suspects.

All five of the suspects were identified. Four out of the five suspects were adults and have been identify and charged as follows:

CHARGED

  • Sam Mills - 18 years-of-age
    • Break and Enter – Commit x3
  • Ian Norton – 18 years-of-age
    • Break and Enter – Commit x3
  • Junseo Oh – 18 years-of-age
    • Break and Enter – Commit x2
  • Tess Potter – 18 years-of-age
    • Break and Enter- Commit

One suspect was a youth at the time of the offence and their identity cannot be released as per the YCJA. Police have diverted the youth as they met the criteria for the pre-charge diversion program.
