Hamilton Police are looking for witnesses to come forward after an arson that occurred at the end of May.

On Saturday, May 24, 2023, shortly before 6:30 a.m., Hamilton Police responded to a fire at 301 Crockett Street in Hamilton. The circumstances of the fire were suspicious and our arson unit continues to investigate the crime.

During the course of the investigation, detectives obtained video surveillance which captures the suspect breaking into the restaurant and setting the fire.

The suspect described as:

·         Male

·         30-40 year-of-age

·         Short buzzed style hair

·         Blue hooded shirt with white lettering

·         Black balaclava

·         Blue jeans

·         White and black running shoes

The damages of this crime are approximately $50,000 dollars.
