Drug Arrest at Bold Street Apartment
Numerous branches of the Hamilton Police were conducting an investigation which led to a separate search of drug trafficking activity at a Bold Street apartment.
On August 11, 2020, police located an approximate street value of $5000 worth of crack, powdered cocaine and ecstasy along with a bundle of Canadian currency. during the execution of a search warrant at 129 Bold Street.
The male tenant was arrested and charged with several drug-related offences. Bail court has been scheduled for August 12, 2020.
Charged: Neil Toussaint (33-years-old) Hamilton resident
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – cocaine
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking – other drug x 2
- Proceeds of crime under $5000
- Fail to comply with recognizance x 2
- Fail to comply release order – other than to attend court x 2
