Drug Trafficking Inside West Mountain Home

Hamilton Police have arrested a male and female inside a west Mountain residence for drug trafficking.

On January 31, 2020, police conducted a drug warrant in an outbuilding in the area of Mohawk Road West and Garth Street in Hamilton. The building had been renovated into an apartment type residence. During the search, police located a couple living inside with evidence of drug trafficking. Police also located a 22 calibre handgun, ammunition, drugs and Canadian Currency.

Both parties were arrested and brought into custody with their bail opposed.

  • 30 grams of Cocaine – Value $3000
  • 15 grams of Crack Cocaine - $1500
  • Canadian Currency
  • Digital scales, cell phones

Charged: Jamal Webster (Male, 31-years-old) Hamilton resident

  • Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine x 2
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid
  • Proceeds of Crime under $5000

Charged: Samantha Lynn Fraser (28-years-old) Hamilton resident

  • Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
  • Fail to Comply with Recognizance
  • Fail to Comply with Probation Adult x 3
  • Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Opioid
