Hamilton Police Arrest Dundas Man for Break and Enter

After a lengthy investigation the Division 30 H.E.A.T unit and uniform patrol has arrested a Dundas man in connection to a number of residential entries in the Waterdown, Ancaster and Dundas area.

Between May 2018 and July 2018, a series of unlawful entries to residences were committed. Police estimate over $20,000 in jewelry, electronics and valuables were stolen.

On Thursday, July 19, 2018 in the area of Dundas Street, Dundas the Hamilton Police Service executed a search warrant and located the individual inside his home.

Shane Douglas Hicks (32-years) from Dundas has been arrested and charged with:

  • Break and Enter x 4.

Police continue their investigation into other related Break and Enters.
