Hamilton Police Arrest Male Again for Online Related Offences

Police always encourage anyone partaking in online dating sites to be careful with the personal data you choose to share.

Hamilton Police have arrested George Condy as a result of another complaint regarding his online activity. The female complainant contacted police advising after meeting the male, he made efforts to extort her for his own personal gain. This marks the third time Hamilton Police have arrested Condy for similar type offences. It is believed there are other victims who have yet to come forward and ask they contact police.

Between September 2014 and March 2015, the suspect and victim engaged in a relationship through social media after meeting on an online dating site. During the course of the relationship the male extorted the victim by threatening to post personal information about her on the internet for his personal gain.

On Thursday, September 13, 2018, Hamilton Police Central Detectives with the assistance of the Saugeen Shores Police Department arrested a Port Elgin male.
