Hamilton Police Investigate Jewelry Store Robbery

Hamilton Police continue to investigate a commercial robbery that occurred at Lime Ridge Mall last night.

On Thursday, December 21, 2023 shortly after 8:00 p.m., Hamilton Police were called to Lime Ridge Mall, 999 Upper Wentworth Street for a robbery that had just occurred. 

Four individuals entered a jewelry store, vandalized display cases, and stole jewelry. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as a result of this incident.

All suspects are described as young males wearing dark clothing. The suspects fled in a grey Chrysler 300 motor vehicle which was last seen in the area of Upper Sherman Avenue and Mohawk Road East. The vehicle was travelling east bound on Mohawk Road East at approximately 8:30 p.m.
