Hamilton Police Investigate Overnight Pharmacy Break and Enter

Hamilton Police continue to investigate an overnight, unlawful entry into a local pharmacy. A large quantity of narcotics was stolen and police are now reminding the public, taking medication that is not prescribed for them can be harmful.

During the early hours of Tuesday, October 30, 2018, suspects broke into a pharmacy in the area of Osler Drive and Governors Road, Dundas. A large quantity of narcotics was stolen and their whereabouts are not known at this time. Police are concerned as improper consumption of the drugs could be fatal. The risk is especially high in the case of children.

If you find lost or discarded medication, do not touch it, call police and report the circumstances.
