Hamilton Police Look To Identify Suspect In Convenience Store Robbery

The Hamilton Police Service is investigating a robbery that occurred on the Hamilton Mountain.

On Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at approximately 8:40p.m., an unknown suspect entered a convenience store in the area of Fennell Avenue and Upper Sherman Avenue. Once in the store, the suspect approached the counter and made a demand for money. The suspect robbed the business of a quantity of cash.  No one was injured.

The suspect is described as; 

  • Male
  • 20’s to 30’s
  • 5’10 – 6’0
  • Average build
  • Wearing a plaid jacket, grey track pants, and brown boots. Also wearing medical masks, winter gloves, and a black t-shirt over their head.

Investigators are appealing for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect for this robbery.
