Hamilton Police Seek Assistance in Robbery Investigation

The Hamilton Police BEAR Unit continues to investigate a robbery that occurred in June 2021.

On Sunday, June 20, 2021, shortly after 4:00 a.m., an unknown suspect entered a convenience store in the west end of Hamilton, approached the counter stating that he had a gun and demanded money and cigarettes.

The suspect robbed the convenience store of money and cigarettes before fleeing on foot. Suspect was last seen travelling westbound on Main Street West and northbound on Binkley Road.

  • dark brown/black hair
  • clothing description: grey hoodie, black baseball hat with red brim, black face mask

No one was injured and no weapons were observed.

Investigators are appealing for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect for this robbery.
