Hamilton Police Seek Assistance in Robbery Investigation

The Hamilton Police Service are investigating a robbery that occurred on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 in the East End of Hamilton.

On Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at approximately 1:00a.m., an unknown suspect entered a gas station in the East End of Hamilton, approached the counter and made a demand for money. The suspect brandished a knife and robbed the business of a quantity of cash.

No one was injured. The knife produced by the suspect appears to be a kitchen-style knife and is still outstanding.

Suspect Description
  • Male, 30’s to 40’s
  • Caucasian
  • 5’5 – 5’8, average build
  • Wearing a black winter jacket, black pants, and brown snow boots. Also wearing a white medical mask.

 Investigators are appealing for the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect for this robbery.
