On May 3, 2018, shortly after midnight, two males entered a residence located in the area of Upper Ottawa Street and Larch Street, Hamilton.

Both male suspects were disguised with masks. One suspect was possibly in possession of a handgun. Both males were rummaging through a room within the residence and subsequently fled when confronted by an occupant.

The immediate area was searched with K-9 and the investigation continues. Officers are canvassing the area for video.

No one was injured.

Police believe that the residence was targeted.

Suspect#1

Male, 5’8” tall, with an average build, olive or brown complexion, dark hair, and wearing a brown coat

Suspect#2

Male, 6’0” tall, white complexion and wearing black pants
