HPS Looking to Identify Harassing Male at Jackson Square

Police are looking to identify a male involved in a suspected hate bias harassment investigation. 

On Friday, September 20, 2019, shortly after 8:30 a.m., a female victim was followed into Jackson Square Mall located at 100 King Street by an unknown male. The male proceeded to follow the victim throughout the mall while directing what police believe to be racially motivated comments towards her.

Suspect Description:

  • Caucasian, 23-25 years,5’10
  • Thin build, short brown hair
  • Wearing a grey crew neck shirt with a square emblem on the front and dark pants and black shoes
