Hamilton Police have made an arrest after several victims came forward to report images of them being uploaded to a pornographic site during their fitness workouts.

On March 10, 2020, Hamilton Police received several complaints from members of a Fitness Club in Stoney Creek, that females were unknowingly being recorded while engaging in fitness workouts. They were then posted on a pornographic website.

Between October 2019 and March 2020, the videos appeared to have been secretly recorded while the male was a patron at a Goodlife Fitness Club and a former employee of Elements Casino Flamboro.

On March 11, 2020, police arrested a 27-year-old male from Hamilton and charged him with several counts of Voyeurism.

Charged: Michael Viny Mikhail (27-years-old) Hamilton resident
