Man Arrested in Sexual Offence Investigation
Hamilton Police have charged a 43-year-old male resident of Hamilton in relation to a sexual assault on a young child.
On Sunday, October 15, 2023, an unknown male entered a local business, approached an individual, proceeded to engage in unwelcome physical contact by grabbing the victim's buttocks, and then fled the area.
A 43-year-old man, from Hamilton has been charged with one count of Sexual Assault and one count of Sexual Interference.
Hamilton Police believe that there may be more victims and urge anyone with additional information related to this case to come forward and assist in the ongoing investigation.
